SYNOPSIS:
Judy Sign is called to a crime scene by his boss Bruce Ken. The corpse of a middle aged man Rod Silver who was brutally murdered, is discovered with private parts missing. Over the next few days, a former librarian at the special school Adrian is found murdered. Meanwhile, Judy investigates the abduction of a former special school guard . He finds similarities between Rod and Adrian, due to the sex to found at Adrian's. Ken assigns Judy to seek help from Big Infant and look for information about the person who uses to clone the breast of his victims. Judy meets Big Ifant in his cell at the Sunshine State pyschiatric facility. At first Big Infant refuses to cooperate but after Judy promises to order some breast milk for him, he gives a hint that the killer is someone who enjoys the taste of semen before killing the victim. Judy called the killer DC "Dick Collector". Big Infant changes his mind and provides Judy with a profile.
Beulah Moon is a young pregnant waitress and also a part time baby sister. She is usually hired by Judy to babysit her two year old son Matthew. While at work Beulah serves Ellen who introduces herself as a sex toy maker. Beulah points at Danny and makes a joke that she need to order a big sex toy similarly to his crush. After babysitting Matthew Beulah returns to her place to find a gift of sexual toy in her letter box. On the following day Beulah learns that Danny was found murdered with his organs missing. Ken and the rescue team storm Big Infant' place and finds Beulah trapped in cellar with rubber breast and penis moulders but Ellen is nowhere to be found. Ellen goes and seduces two guards at the pyschiatric facility before killing themand cut off their organs, and helps Big Infant to escape Meanwhile, Judy follows a lead that takes her to Big Infant father's farm house of There, and she meets Ellen strapping naked Ken around a chair.
Ellen reveals to be a man his real name is Elliott. He was a slow leaner boy who sexual abused by his Uncle Tom throughout his childhood. When he tried to expose him he was framed for being a down syndrome and taken to soecial school. At the special school other men including his teacher were paid to harras him by his Uncle and becomes a sex toy. Elliott and Big Infant becomes friends. Ken was among one of the police juniors who dismissed his report. Few months later Judy visits Beulah at the maternity clinc. She sees Beulah with some baby gifts which had been donated by a good Samaritan. Judy takes a look at the CCTV and notices that the man resembles Big Infant. She figures that he is looking for the next victim.
