LOGLINE: After coming from maternity leave a young homicide detective is tasked to catch a serial killer who hunt breast feeding women and cut their breast, but leaving their infants alive. Unknown to her, she is one of the target.

SYNOPSIS:

During Judy Sign's labor a young woman is found brutal murdered with her breast ripped off. During the postmortem it is shows that the woman had an abortion and was still producing milk. The killer had breast feed on her first before killing her afterthe breast have dried. At the maternity clinic Judy befriends two women Holly Davis and Hecla Cross, with other several women.  A familiar man, but half insane rich man Wonderful Night comes with gifts which includes dolls and toys for the kids.After Judy and her friends are discharged one of the woman who was sharing a ward with Judy is found dead with her breast removed at her place. Judy is leaving with his boyfriend an aerobics instructor Rush Cross the father of her child Matthew, that enjoys tasting the breast milk saying it is good for his healthy.  Rush and Hecla had been having a fling. Hecla is a single mother and a part time sexual worker. She tracks and befriends Wonder. She seduces him to benefit financial. However, Hecla realize that Wonder is more interested in sucking her breast than sex. Meanwhile another woman from the same maternity clinic is found dead together with her husband.Chief homicide Detective Bruce Ken begs Judy to cut her maternity leave and come back to work and help to create a psychopathic serial killer profile. Judy looks for a nun and hires a young teenager Beulah. While coming from work Judy caught Rush red handed sexually harassing Beulah fondling her breast and trying to suck them. Judy chases Rush away and threatens to arrest him if he ever comes back. Having nowhere to go in the middle of night Rush goes to Hecla's place.On the following day, Beulah wakes up with an asthma attack.  Judy rushes her to the hospital. On her to work Judy passes by Hecla's place to ask her to look after Matthew. She sees Rush taking in breast milk of Hecla. She immediately leaves with being recognized and left Matthew in charge of Holly.  At work with the memory of Rush sucking on Hecla's breast, Judy starts to develop a profile of a serial killer as a rapist who enjoys sucking on the victim's breast milk before killing them. Later as Judy goes to pick up Matthew she found Holly dead without her breast. However, Matthew and Holly's infant are safe on the bed. Realizing that Holly and Hecla both were Rush's student.  Judy conclude that Rush is the killer. Judy goes and confront Rush at Hecla's place and get Rush arrested.Beulah is discharged from the hospital and returns to Judy's place. After Judy left for work, Wonder break in and assaults Beulah. Discovering that Beulah doesn't produce milk and is not the mother of Matthew, Wonder left Beulah half dead.  Judy quickly returns home after noticing that Beulah wasn't picking up her phone. Detective Ken releases Rush being aware that the killer is still on loose. While looking at one of the gift from Wonder, Judy discovers a tracker hidden in it and becomes alert that Wonder is the serial killer.  Judy and Ken figures out that Wonder was once a boy who was  known as the big infant.  He grew up with an IQ of a toddler and was taking medication incompatible with breastfeeding. After his father's death he was taken to a special school which helped him to improve his IQ. Wonder breaks in Holly's house and kills Rush out of jealousy.  He ties Holly on a chair to suck on her breast before killing her.  Judy arrives and shoots him.
