Vivian is troubled by violent nightmares involving a strange creature attacking her every night. She is in the midst of joining a local sorority, doing all she can to move on with her life so her sister and brother-in-law can move on with theirs.
At a party at the sorority house, all hell breaks loose when robed cultists attack, and the sister witches reveal themselves, killing indiscriminately through a wide variety of means, including using creatures from paintings on the walls.
In a desperate bid to put an end to the terror, the few survivors venture to an allegedly long-abandoned home outside the city—the same one from Vivian's nightmares—where Vivian must atone for her own role in this.
