John goes for a mountain climbing.  John finds a clay pot under a tree and takes it with him home to use it as a flower pot. Achara learns from Dao, Anuman's cousin's sister, that Anuman has been missing for 3 months. He had been mentally illness after his father's death two years ago. Anuman had witnessed his father being murdered and the killer struck him with a hammer in the head which resulted in his insanity. Dao also tells Achara that she has been having nightmares about Anuman telling her that he had returned to dust, but his soul had not yet found rest.

John insists on using the clay pot as a flower pot against Achara's will.
That night after making love, Achara who is a back sleeper drifts into sleep while John nods off lying on his face.  Achara suffers from a serious night hag where she sees a man whom she tries to identify as Anuman strangling her. Achara is awakened by John who had been disturbed by her noises as she struggles to survive. Achara claims an evil presence is haunting her grandfather's house that why she was attacked by phǐǐ am. John discarded the idea of supernaturals saying it was just a Sleep Paralysis. As John goes to water the flower in the water pot he finds out that the rose flower has been rooted in the pot and the soil has been spilled off from the pot. He quickly restores another rose in the pot and keeps it a secret.

Dao pays a visit and advice Achara to
light the sage. After dinner, Achara lights the sage and wafts the smoke into the corners of the room she sees a rose being plucked off from the pot by something invisible.  Frightened Achara rushes inside the house to wake up John to see him in the middle of a terrible fight with a night hag where he sees the same man similar to Anuman pressing him down to take his life and is saved by Achara. In the morning Achara found the rose in the flower pot.

Experiencing the sleeping paralyze for the first time John sets up a camera in their bedroom to record any paranormal act that occurs while they sleep. They discover whoever sleeps on the back is the target of the sleeping hag. Psychic Dr. Hendricks visits Achara and John, who suggests they are being haunted by an avenging ghost residing in their house whose soul won't rest till it reincarnates and achieves what it wants.  He tells them not to sleep on their back because back sleepers resemble dead people. He advises not to communicate with the ghost without a ghost hunter, but John conhitinues to film and seek it out.

Arthit and Amara, Achara's cousin pay an unexpected visit. That night Arthit and Amara learn about the ghost and they try to chase it out. Meanwhile, Arthit and Amara provoke the ghost making it angrier and turning it into a poltergeist, starting with minor noises, flickering lights, and bedroom door movements, but over time escalating into loud thuds, violent door slamming, and demonic grunts and screeches.  Arthit and Amara decide to leave that night and Achara pleads with John to join them but John abruptly insists on staying. As Arthit and Amara leave with their car everything comes to calm.  Achara and John sleep peacefully and the following morning Arthit and Amara who have been wandering the whole night driving find themselves sitting on the couch in John's sitting room and dawns on them that their night drive is hallucinating.

Arthit and Amara,  leave to contact their blind parish priest, Chaichana to perform an exorcism. Dao pays a visit and tells them that her father's life might be in danger she overheard people threatening him on the phone.  Achara advises her to lock the doors and John gives her a pistol for self-defense before she leaves. Arthit and Amara arrive with Chaichana who explains that the clay pot John has brought home is the dust 'literary the body of murdered madman' who seeks revenge but the killer has been helped with voodoo to cast a spell on the spirit by making it stay in a clay pot which is made from the clay taken on the place where he was buried. The only solution is to take the clay pot back to where John had picked it before it was dark. John, Arthit and Chaichana go to the mountain to return the clay pot.

Meanwhile, Achara left with Amara to tell Dao that Anuman was murdered.  Upon arrival at Dao's house, they are taken hostage together by two intruders Ton and Lek who need money for their unfinished business with Dao's father Chai. It is reviewed that Chai killed his brother who was Anuman's father to inherit his wealth. Anuman witnessed the incident and he was attacked with a hammer on his head causing him to lose his memory and become insane. Later, Chai suffers a heart problem and hires Ton and Lek to kill Anuman for his heart.  Ton and Lek had been now blackmailing Chai till he was bankrupt.

At the mountain, John, Arthit and Chaichan found Anuman's grave just as darkness fell. Chaichan orders John to destroy the clay pot to set the spirit of Anuman free so he may revenge and rest in peace.   John smashes the clay while Chaichan chants Dust to Dust.  There is a cloud of dust and then a reincarnated Anuman appears.  John faints and Arthit runs away heading back home.  At Dao's house Ton and Lek kills Chao to collect his organs. Before they could rape the girls Anuman enters the house causing some terrific noises. Ton and Lek go to check out and Anuman kills them violently the way they murdered him.  The following morning John, Chaichan, and Arthit are awakened by Achara and Dao, and realize they had slept the whole night on Anuman's grave.

The show ends with Chaichan preaching by the side of Anuman's coffin being reburied saying 'Dust to Dust.'
