SYNOPSIS:
In a small seaside town, Cat and her group of college-bound teens remain unfazed by a violent triple murder until members of their own start falling prey to a raincoat-clad woman in a Japanese Noh-style theater mask and her gang of burned and bandaged underlings, who have been spilling blood and killing randomly.
When Cat's own family is brutally attacked and killed by the legendary Crying Witch and her killer cult, she and the few remaining survivors of her friends' group come to realize that their local urban legend is, in fact, a reality and will kill them all unless they find a way to stop it.
It all comes down to a past fire at a local TV station that was so vicious that not even the rains that day could stop it, and all perished. Now, those restless souls haunt the town, looking for new victims every time it rains. It's up to Cat to put those souls to rest before she joins her family and friends in death.
