SYNOPSIS:
David, a screenwriter, has a meeting with a famous Hollywood producer to pitch his screenplay, "Fun Mom Breakfast". He sets off early in the morning where he ends up at a red light on Sunset Strip. Upset, he gets into a one-sided argument with the traffic camera, who he thinks it's targeting only him. He climbs the forty-foot pole and confronts the traffic camera demanding to know why it always changes the the light to red when he comes to the intersection. The traffic camera remains silent with David until it decides to repond, taking on a Hal 9000 voice. Meanwhile police have been dispatched, while News Chopper 4 circles overhead. A crowd is forming, and food carts are being set up. A police K-9 unit arrives with the well known Paco, the Chihuahua police dog. Paco has replaced King the German Shepard due to an incident while King was chewing on the pepper spray canister. Paco is known for his undercover work at Taco Bell, investigating a worldwide taco smuggling ring. He was so deep undercover, that he even did television commercials for them. Interviewers Oprah and Geraldo race to the scene in their limos. In a battle to get the first interview with David, Oprah trips Gelrado, and gives him an elbow to his already broken nose. When news breaks out about a local screenwriter getting arrested, Sean Penn and Jimmy Kimel jump into action, organizing a protest against the unjust arrest of David. "FIGHT THE POWER" they shout to the crowds. The local Hare Krishna screenwriters pull up in a WGA Special Needs van. They also protest Davids unfair treatment, striking their tamborines. Two of the Hares (pronounced Harrys) break David out of jail. They give him a new identity and a plane ticket to London. But trouble follows him there. In London David finds out that there is an international manhunt for him. He evades Scotland Yard and the MI5 counter terrorism unit. Meanwhile the famous Hollywood producer, Paul Pudd is driving along in his automobile on Sunset Strip in his Audi convertible. David's screenplay was left at the scene during his arrest. It was jammed under the traffic camera, and a dove is gathering pages for nesting material. But both the dove and the screenplay litterly fall into Paul's lap. Back in London David is on the run throughout the countryside, ending up at Monks Orchard, where he meets the local chapter of the Hare Krishnas and the Master of the Hares. The Master persuades David to go back and face the charges in Hollywood, because the L.A. Hare Krishnas have gone rogue. As David arrives at LAX, most of the L.A. Police Department is waiting. He is arrested, placed in chains, and head covered with a black hood. David ends up at Plummers Park picking up trash with his chain gang associates. Paul who had been searching for the writer of the script that fell in his lap finds David in the chain gang doing community service. During the conclusion of the story the narrator won't tell the audience what happened to David, due to the National Association of Voice Actors strike, so the producer fires him. The producer informs the audience that David's screenplay was produced, and Disney hired him for an additional two more projects. The audience also wanted to know if David lives in Hollywood. The producer replies that he now lives in Bel Air with his super model wife, and three perfect children, and their dog Spot. They are living happily ever after.
